Creativity and well being are strongly connected as both lead to and complement the other.
The benefits of physical activity as well as the pleasure derived from creativity are commonly known to all.
For this reason our team tries to offer a wide variety of activities and workshops,
with the purpose of self improvement and development.
Participants can relax, release tension and creatively spend their time by choosing amongst
yoga classes, trekking tours, art or craft seminars, sewing classes, cooking and music workshops,
depending on their needs and preferences.
Special workshops can also be arranged for groups, in our studio or other ideal locations, upon request.
New autumn workshops
All sewing classes have a maximum of 5 people and yoga classes of 12 people,
so book your place as soon as possible!
